Caring with customers with hammers is a hit-or-miss approach. Either you make them feel better or break their bones. And with the improvement of Comcast's reputation, their approach just gets to show that it is effective, and I look forward to them to go a long way with positive consistency. :)

Actually Bob only gets part of the credit. I'm Bart Wilson, the other voice on the radio show that Bob and I put on at Quick Radio for the audio event that kicked off the ComcastMustDie.com site. I created the site and we continue to host it today. This site receives 15,000+ visits a week. Victory against Comcast was declared last year when Advertising Age ran the Victory piece in September last October 22nd. Today, we are continuing Jihad against crappy customer service with the launch of a new Website where anyone who feels they have a bone to pick with any other company can say so -- at www.Customer-Circus.com
