Facebook is far more better than Twitter. Twitter only updates followers and you're prone for some lurkers. It's one of the biggest breeding ground for spammers.

This must mean Facebook feels threatened.

I don't think Twitter will ever overtake Facebook because of the vast functionality you can do with Facebook, whereas Twitter is a very simple website that only does status update type functionality.

I do like the new business pages on Facebook though - making them look and work more like a profile is really good.
